    Officials and experts file a vision of the future of women in building and supporting a culture of self-employment



     








    Opening Wednesday evening, 9 April 2014 the fourth edition of the women's economic forum organized by the Chamber under the slogan (building the future by women vision) under the auspices of the Governor of the Eastern Province Her Highness Princess Abeer Bint Faisal bin Turki in the presence of more than 600 women and continues for two consecutive years.     The Forum is the largest gathering of businesswomen and professionals in the region as the main economic event in the Kingdom in terms of specialization in Economic Affairs, so as to contribute effectively to support innovation among women working in the commercial sector, which promotes the economic diversification in the private sector. The Forum seeks through posts to access the appropriate mechanism to support women went to work in activities over the past decades has been the preserve of men, and review its successes in various sectors.

    The Forum continues to bring the most important economic sector women associated notes concerning official procedures and suggestions in this regard which seeks to achieve the flexibility to continue work and successes and achievements in cooperation with the relevant authorities, convinced of the ability of women to work in activities associated with the those sectors of tenders in various areas, as well as the convergence of views with officials of government agencies that polarize them to reach one suitable formula to support women and arranging workshops together parties as reflected to expand the participation of women in business and open area.



    The Forum supports the thrust of the economic environment of women working in the commercial and industrial sector as taught by specialists how to address women's issues in the world economy and continue to hold several specialized seminars of interest to study situations that may hinder the participation of women in the economic sector and provide appropriate solutions.
